Nav started his basketball career playing netball with the girls in primary school.
Despite being laughed at by his classmates he went on to represent the United
Kingdom at the age of 22. It was this type of dedication and discipline that got
him to where he is today.
Through making the right choices and putting in the
 extra training he was able to avoid the pressures of taking performance enhancing
drugs from his peers and went on to represent his nation at the sport he loved.
