How did you get into radio?
Martin: I have been in radio for longer then I care to remember so honestly I can't remember.

Su: I was working for another radio station as a sales rep and I sent my demo off to Essex.

Top tip for getting into radio
Martin: Be passionate about radio. Qualifications and experience are great but if you can show you love radio you're 90% there.

Su: If at first you don't succeed try try again. Don't be put off by the first rejection. There's always something else just around the corner.
